Women’s Classes

Coached strength and fitness for women at every level, with a flexible main programme plus a separate Tuesday and Thursday 6:50am morning class.

Separate 6:50am morning class

This is booked as its own programme and cannot be swapped with the flexible women’s classes above.

What to expect

Sessions combine strength, cardio and conditioning. Coaches demonstrate every movement, adjust exercises around injuries and help you progress at a sensible pace.

Women who want structure, accountability and a friendly group without the pressure of a commercial gym.

Men’s Training

Straightforward coached training built around strength, fitness and steady progress—not random workouts.

What to expect

A mix of resistance training and conditioning in a relaxed group. You will be coached on technique and given appropriate weights and variations.

Men starting from scratch, returning after a break or looking for a consistent routine.

Mother & Baby

A proper training session where two coaches help with the children while you train.

What to expect

Personalised strength-based work in a supportive class. Babies and children stay in the gym with you, and our coaches genuinely help hold, settle and entertain them.

Mams rebuilding strength, continuing fitness or simply wanting time to train without arranging childcare.

Teen Strength & Fitness

Safe, supervised strength and fitness for lads and girls aged 12–17.

What to expect

Technique-led sessions that build strength, coordination, fitness and confidence. Teenagers learn how to use gym equipment correctly in separate lads’ and girls’ groups.

Complete beginners, active teens and young athletes who want good coaching in a positive environment.

Personal Training

Private one-to-one coaching built around your goals, experience, schedule and any limitations.

What to expect

A tailored programme, close technique coaching and progress tracking. You can train alone or ask about reduced group PT rates with a friend or family member.

Anyone who wants individual attention, faster progression or extra confidence before joining a class.
