Information we receive
This website does not currently contain an online booking form or payment system. If you contact us through email, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, we may receive:
- Your name and contact details.
- The class or service you are interested in.
- Your preferred days and times.
- Information you choose to provide about your fitness experience, goals or relevant limitations.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to reply, recommend a suitable service, arrange attendance and manage any resulting customer relationship. The legal basis will normally be taking steps at your request before providing a service, performing our agreement with you, meeting legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in operating and responding to enquiries.
Who receives it
Information is available only to Fitfun staff who need it for the relevant enquiry or service. When you use WhatsApp, Yahoo Mail, Facebook, Instagram or Google Maps, those providers process information under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to reply and manage any resulting customer relationship. Information may be retained longer where required for accounting, insurance, safeguarding, dispute handling or another legal obligation. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or securely disposed of.
Cookies and website logs
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies ourselves. The hosting service may process limited technical information, such as IP address, device or request logs, where necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the website. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added later, this notice and the website’s consent controls will be updated before those tools are used.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to its use. You can contact us using the email above. You also have the right to complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
